Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS Policy: If you have only paid a deposit for a service and need to cancel: - If you wish/need to cancel 30 days before event date, we will accept and issue a full refund of your deposit. -If you wish/need to cancel in under 72 hours notice, we will need to keep your deposit and ask for no further payment. For special event services please see our cancellation policy here below: - If you wish/need to cancel 30 days before event date, we will accept and issue a full refund. -If you wish/need to cancel under 30 days before event date, we will only be able to issue half a refund of the full ticket price per person cancelling. Under no circumstances can we issue a full refund. -Any cancellations in under 72 hours notice, no refund at all will be given. We do this to protect ourselves as materials, staffing and costs come into play and we would of accommodated for this.
